FAQ

What are your areas of specialization or focus?

I specialize in trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Who do you work with  (age, life stage, conditions)?

I work with people across the lifespan (preteen, teen, adult, elders) who are experiencing trauma, mood issues, relational struggles, identity/cultural issues, and more.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — I offer a free 15-minute consultation for prospective clients.

What is the environment like in your office?

The office is spacious, with large windows, good ventilation, and a hospital-grade air filter.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

My practice is integrative: Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a core orientation, and she also incorporates somatic, expressive arts, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), cognitive restructuring, problem-solving, and other modalities as needed.

Are you accepting new clients?

I maintain a waitlist for new clients (for both in-person and online therapy). Please contact me for my current availability.

Do you offer telehealth?

In person sessions are ideal for the kind of work that we do together.  Of course, situations arise that prevent in-person meetings, and necessitate telehealth.  Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.

Is your office accessible?

The office is located on the second floor and, unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator.
